The Editorial Board of the Journal of Pakistan Administration (JPA) is committed to preserving the scholarly legacy of our publication while embracing the evolution of digital academic exchange. For researchers and historians seeking access to our foundational work, the complete Print Issues Archive is permanently curated at the Library of the National School of Public Policy (NSPP) in Lahore, Pakistan. These physical archives represent the journal’s rich history of administrative discourse from its inception through 2018. In alignment with global academic standards and our commitment to the free exchange of knowledge, the NSPP transitioned the JPA to a Digital Open Access format in 2019. Consequently, all volumes produced from 2019 to the present are available in electronic form via our online repository, free of charge to readers and institutions. This shift ensures broader global accessibility and the continued dissemination of vital public policy research. As an Open Access journal, all content published from 2019 onwards is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This allows for the sharing and adaptation of the work, provided appropriate credit is given.
